Camp Crescent Moon and Sickle Cell Disease Foundation with guidance from the Camp Medical Committee, in consultation with State & County Health Departments, and recommendations from the American Camp Association, and the Center for Disease Control, have developed the following safety precautions for all Camp Sessions.
Every camper, volunteer, and staff member attending Camp must provide proof that they are up-to-date on Covid-19 vaccinations.
You are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines when you have received all the recommended doses in the primary series and the most recent booster dose recommended for you by CDC. If you have completed your primary series, but are not yet eligible for a booster, you are also considered up to date. But when you become eligible for a booster dose, you are no longer up to date until you get that dose.
Up to date is based on the CDC Covid-19 Vaccination schedule.
